No. All the required equipment and chemicals will be provided by us. Unless you have a specific need, you do not need to provide any chemicals whatsoever. Our chemicals are also environment friendly and bio-degradable.
Most of the time, we will try our best to schedule the same person to clean the home. At times due to unavoidable circumstances, there could be someone else attending the service. However, we can assure you of consistent quality every time.
Absolutely any time! There are no tie-in contracts. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without this 24 hours notice would incur a $25 late cancellation charge.
Certainly! You can give specific instructions to the cleaners. However if these were excessive than the normal duties, additional charges may apply.
Generally, we expect a 48 hours notice prior to any clean. If you need an urgent clean, we would advise you to call us directly at 1300 88 94 92 to discuss your needs and we will endeavour to do our best.
All the cleaners are screened prior to assignment of jobs. They are friendly, honest and reliable.
Please go to our home page at www.kleangaroos.com.au and select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the frequency. The price will be instantly quoted and you can click the book now button. In the next screen, please choose the date and time you prefer. Tell us your address in the next screen and after this, you will be guided to the payment section. Once payment completed, let us know of any special requests, entry access etc in the message field on the payment page.
In the check out page after you confirm your date and address, you have two options to pay. You can either do a direct bank transfer into our account (BSB: 064 152, Acc: 1038 8431) or opt for instant credit card payment on line. Our payments are secure so you can pay with confidence!
The duration depends on a few factors like the size of the home and the depth of clean required. For example, a very messy home would take longer time than a home that has been reasonably looked after. All our quotes are fixed price quotes which are intended to protect the customers from being overcharged. No surprises!
All the prices are based on a reasonably normal room size of 12-14m2. There will be a surcharge if the home is much larger than a usual. This will be discussed and agreed with you on our first visit.
