Terms & Conditions

When booking a Domestic cleaning service with Kleangaroos you agree to the terms and conditions as listed here.

These terms and conditions constitute the full and complete service agreement (the “Agreement” between you (the “customer”) and Kleangaroos for the provision of services by Kleangaroos.

The service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed with the customer at the time of booking.
If and when the customer requires additional services, they should call Kleangaroos at 1300 88 94 92 or email help@kleangaroos.com.au. The cleaner is not authorised to  agree to changes to the service provided.

Payments are to be made within 24 hours of service through a direct credit, on-line payment gateway in the website or as agreed prior. Payments not received within this time period will incur a late fee of $10.00.  Interest of 10% will apply to any invoices that are outstanding for over 4 weeks.

All on-line booking prices are subject to viewing and are based on normal sized low set homes with room sizes of 12 - 14 m2 in general. Larger than normal homes may incur additional cost. The additional cost will be advised on our first visit and if agreed, the clean will commence. 

All bond clean bookings comes with a bond guarantee and inspection should be done within 3 days of cleaning completion. Any misses should be informed to us within 3 days of the clean which will be rectified without any extra cost. However, additional charges may apply if touch up work is requested after the 3 day period. Payments should be made on the same day of cleaning completion. If customers require deferred payments owing to their financial situation, we are more than happy to discuss. Kindly discuss this while booking.

Refund Policy:
If the service is not carried out for whatever reasons, a full refund would be given to a nominated Australian bank account.
